CFJC Special: Facing Hunger In Kamloops

 In News

In 2018, the Kamloops Food Bank served nearly 7,000 individuals, while supplying perishable and non-perishable food to over 60 different community agencies who offer meal programs. At the beginning of 2019, CFJC Today documented the food bank; from the nearly 2 million pounds of food redirected from across the community, to the volunteers who work countless hours to make sure that food gets to those who need it.

Thank you Adam Donnelly and CFJC Today for shining a light on our pioneering foodSHARE program, our fantastic volunteers, our committed community partners, and our vision of a hunger-free future here in Kamloops.
