Hamper Access Information

Clients can receive bread, produce and daily twice per week, and a non-perishable hamper once per calendar month. Clients can access the Food Bank located at 171 Wilson Street on the following days:

Families & Single Parents - Monday, Wednesday & Friday; 12:00PM-3:00PM

Singles & Adult Couples - Tuesday & Thursday; 12:00PM-3:00PM
*please don’t bring children to the Food Bank on Tuesday and Thursday

Working or Students - Thursday from 4:30PM-5:30PM

*must provide proof of employment or enrollment

We are open to all clients every Monday at the United Church located at 421 St. Paul from 9:30AM-11:00AM

REQUIREMENTS:
To access the Food Bank, all clients must provide the following every time they come in:

• One piece of identification for every person in the household. 
• Proof of address. This can include: Driver’s License or a current piece of mail from an official source (phone or utilities bill, document from government agency, etc).
